This is how the purchase works: When purchasing, select the day from which you would like to use the Royal Pass. After booking, you will receive the digital card as a QR code. The card is activated as soon as you use it at the first attraction.

Unfortunately, public transport is not included in the Turin Royal Pass. However, you do have the option of buying discounted tickets. The discount applies to the "Special Tour Ticket", which is suitable for tourists and visitors.

The Special Tour Ticket is valid for the following means of transport within the city and in the surrounding area of Turin:

  • Metro
  • Buses
  • Streetcars

You can buy a ticket valid for 48 hours for 7,00 EUR instead of 9,50 EUR or a ticket valid for 72 hours for 9,00 EUR instead of 12,50 EUR.

Discounted tickets for Royal Pass holders are only available at the Turin Tourist Office:

How to make the most of the Royal Pass

  • Visit especially expensive attractions such as the Royal Museums or La Venaria Reale.
  • Reserve your tickets for popular attractions online if this is offered (Reservation).
  • If you want to use public transportation in Turin, buy the discounted tickets for Royal Pass holders at the tourist information office.
  • The Turin Royal Pass is valid for four days. Make full use of this time to visit many attractions.
  • Visit sights and museums that don't take up much time. The more time you have available, the more attractions you can visit.
  • Take note of the closing days of some attractions and museums and plan your visit accordingly.

The Turin Royal Pass in four steps

1) Buy a Royal Pass

The Turin Royal Pass can be purchased online or at the Turin tourist offices. When buying online, select the date from which you wish to use the card.

2) Download QR code

You will receive the Royal Pass in the form of a QR code that you can save on your phone. You can also use the free GetYourGuide app for this.

3) Reserve your visit

4) Activate the Royal Pass

Show your digital Royal Pass at the participating attractions. The card is automatically activated the first time it is used and the validity period begins.

The Turin Royal Pass is a digital ticket to the most important Savoy residences in Turin and the surrounding area. It is perfect for anyone interested in the history, architecture and heritage of the Savoy dynasty.
