This is how the purchase works: When purchasing, select the day from which you would like to use the Torino Card. After booking, you will receive the digital City Card as a QR code. The card is activated as soon as you use it at the first attraction.

Unfortunately, public transport is not included in the Torino & Piemonte Card. However, you do have the option of buying discounted tickets. The discount applies to the "Special Tour Ticket", which is suitable for tourists and visitors.

The Special Tour Ticket is valid for the following means of transport within the city and in the surrounding area of Turin:

  • Metro
  • Buses
  • Streetcars

You can buy a ticket valid for 48 hours for 7,00 EUR instead of 9,50 EUR or a ticket valid for 72 hours for 9,00 EUR instead of 12,50 EUR.

How to make optimum use of the Torino Card

  • If you want to use public transport in Turin, buy the discounted tickets for holders of the Torino Card at the tourist information office.
  • The Torino Cards for 72 hours or 120 hours are most worthwhile.
  • Visit sights and museums that don't take up much time. The more time you have available, the more attractions you can visit.
  • Take note of the closing days of some attractions and museums and plan your visit accordingly.

The Torino Card in four steps

1) Buy Torino Card

The Torino Card can be purchased online or at Turin tourist offices. When buying online, select the date from which you wish to use the card.

2) Download QR code

You will receive the Torino & Piemonte Card in the form of a QR code that you can save on your phone. You can also use the free Tiqets app to do this.

3) Reserve your visit

4) Activate the Torino Card

Show your digital Torino Card at the participating attractions. The card is automatically activated the first time it is used and the validity period begins.

5) Buy the discounted ticket

This step is optional: If you want to use public transportation in Turin, buy the discounted tickets at the tourist office.

There are different variants of the Torino Card, which differ in terms of validity: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 120 hours. Only three attractions can be visited with the 24-hour valid Torino Card. Otherwise there are no differences.
